The B-Line Diner® is a lively, airy, pleasant 24-hour restaurant, diner, soda fountain, and bake/cake shop located on the Lobby Level of the hotel. The food is just like Mom used to make and has been featured frequently on the Food Network as one of the best restaurants of its type in the nation.
It has the nostalgia of the Fifties, complete with jukebox, but the buzz and coolness of 21st century dining experiences and food that is modern America's best. Enjoy such regional entrées as Caribbean Salmon with coconut rice or Mojo Pork with black beans and contemporary dishes like Turkey Meatloaf with Sun Dried Cherry Porto Demi-glaze or NY Strip with Chipotle Butter.
Shakes & Cakes at the B-Line Diner
The term “desserts to die for” is extreme – yet appropriate here! When guests enter the B-Line Diner, they must first run the gauntlet of the Patisserie and Cake Shop, before reaching their table. All manner of confectionery delights are on sparkling, enticing display, from New York-style cheesecake, to deep-dish apple pie. From French pastries to Key Lime Pie…all are made on the premises in the Peabody's own pastry shop.
